AnaCise Testnology uses Marcus Gomez & Partners for user documentation needsAnaCise Testnology Pte Ltd (www.anacise.com) will be introducing the latest incarnation of its hit product, the Convergence Service Analyser (CSA). In line with its release, the company is seeking to spruce up its user documentation as it explores international markets. Marcus Gomez & Partners, based in Malaysia, was the natural choice for the Singapore-based hi-tech firm.
AnaCise provides advanced telecommunications test / measurement and monitoring solutions to leading carriers and service providers worldwide. By interpreting a thorough understanding of their needs into innovative, technologically advanced test solutions, AnaCise enables its customers to increase the value of the current and future infrastructure of their networks and reduce operating expenses.
The CSA allows testing of multiple Data, Voice and Video services. By hooking it up to an ADSL line, technicians can verify signal strength and integrity for use in a variety of applications. Built rugged for field use, the device runs on the familiar Qtopia operating system, which is a Linux-based platform, and can therefore be loaded with any other Linux-based application. It is virtually a handheld computer in itself, allowing for expanding configurations as users' needs increase.
"It is a great honour to have been selected by Anacise for this job," said Marcus Gomez, Founder of Marcus Gomez & Partners. "We consider this an excellent opportunity for us to demonstrate our commitment to delivering excellent user experiences, and look forward to working with AnaCise."
The CSA will be unveiled at CommunicAsia 2006 in Singapore. Visit AnaCise at Booth No. 5H5-05, Hall 5.
